I know they read my post at the Dell Community website.  I said very clearly that my PC was past the 12 month guaranteed life expectancy.   &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;After delivering the service tag to this individual, I was told: "Please let me know if you would like to look into out of warranty service options.
